Photographs From the Wellesley Model Center Ribbon Cutting

ORLANDO, FL – On June 8, 2004 Mayor Buddy Dyer gathered with guests for a Ribbon Cutting of The Wellesley Model Center, in Downtown College Park. Mayor Dyer was joined by fellow ribbon cutters Jim Kersey, principal, Real Estate Collaborative, LLC, Orlando City Commissioner Vicki Vargo, Thomas Yochum, SunTrust Bank, and Pat Christianson, partner, Real Estate Collaborative.

The Ribbon Cutting was the official unveiling of the Model Center. Guests were able to tour the fully furnished 1,500 square foot unit. The Model Center also features a 3-D scale model of the building.

The Wellesley is the first project of its kind in Downtown College Park. With one, two, or three bedroom high-end condominium homes, The Wellesley will feature amenities such as concierge service, fitness center, and a sky garden.
